Here's a photo recap of my attempt at making boeuf bourguignon, following Julia Child's recipe from Mastering the Art of French Cooking. I have to admit the final dish came out pretty darn good. The intensive flavor that developed was incredible. This is one dish that anyone can make ... guaranteed!
